Ware is a community‑driven digital workplace platform built to empower inclusive, adaptable organisations. With a single, cloud‑based hub, Ware centralises employee profiles, document management, absence & leave tracking, payroll processing and one‑click custom reporting.

• •Lead a cross‑functional team in the design, development and deployment of a multi‑tenant SaaS platform using Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, PostgreSQL, React, Laravel, Elasticsearch, Redis and WebSockets.
• •Architected and launched a container‑based CI/CD pipeline that improved deployment time and increased release frequency.
• •Migrated infrastructure from DigitalOcean to AWS—containerised services on ECS/Fargate, built serverless functions with Lambda, queued jobs via SQS, managed auth with Cognito and hosted frontends on Amplify, all defined and versioned with Pulumi IaC.
• •Mentored and onboarded mid‑level developers, establishing pairing sessions and a documentation library that accelerated team collaboration.

• •Incubated and spun out Ware as a standalone SaaS business within ROCK: partnered with the CEO to define the product vision, recruit and onboard the founding engineering team, and establish all core processes.

• •Collaborated with the CEO to build and validate the MVP of a multi‑tenant modular SaaS platform, using Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, PostgreSQL, AngularJS and Laravel.
• •Designed and implemented core platform features: tenant provisioning, user management, real‑time messaging and document storage.
• •Documented architecture, APIs and operational processes to set the foundation for future team growth.

• •Partnered with stakeholders to architect and build a bespoke CMS for property listings, translating their vision into a robust, feature‑rich platform.
• •Led DevOps and infrastructure: provisioned servers, configured CI/CD pipelines and applied TDD workflows.
• •Awarded ordinary shares as equity compensation in recognition of technical leadership.

• •Approached by Yeti Media Group with a concept and brought it to life as a fully functional, white‑labelled, block‑based CMS platform.
• •Architected and built an intuitive no‑code interface that empowers non‑technical staff to spin up fully branded websites in minutes.
• •Deployed and maintained the CMS across multiple client sites, standardising delivery and shortening development cycles.

• •Founded and operated Novobit as a freelance side venture, delivering ad‑hoc digital solutions and client projects.
• •Consult with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into clear technical specifications.
• •Build custom websites and content management systems tailored to client needs, ensuring responsive design and ease of use.

• •Developed an in-house CMS & CRM through multiple iterations, initially as a single-tenant implementation, through to a cloud-based multi-tenant application on GCP.
• •Led full‑stack feature development across Sales, Logistics, Finance and Marketing modules.
• •Built and maintained a FreePBX VoIP server enabling the sales team to seamlessly dial customers and route incoming calls.
• •Architected and launched Ionic/Cordova iOS & Android apps integrated with the CMS.
